Request an export and Kept builds a downloadable archive of your journal entries, tasks, punishment/reward logs, kink checklist responses, and photos. Larger accounts can take a minute or two to build; the page shows progress and refreshes automatically while it's processing. Once it's ready, the download link is time-limited, so download it before it expires.
Requesting deletion deactivates your account immediately: you're signed out everywhere, and the account stops being usable. From there, a 7-day grace window opens before anything is permanent. You can cancel the deletion at any point during those 7 days from the same screen, and your account reactivates as if nothing happened.
If the 7 days pass without cancelling, your identity and integration credentials (such as a linked OpenShock token) are permanently wiped. Task, journal, and log content stays on record rather than being deleted outright, so one partner can't erase a dynamic's shared history by deleting their account. If you have an active relationship, your partner is notified when you request deletion.
There is no way to skip the grace window and delete instantly. It exists so that a deletion made in a bad moment can still be undone.
