A ritual isn't a task with a due date attached. It's a daily or weekly observance with no deadline and no penalty for missing one, tracked as a running streak instead. A Sub marks each period observed as it happens, or repairs a missed one afterward, and a repaired one needs the Dom's approval before the streak counts it.
A Sub can request a new ritual, the same way they'd request a task or a punishment preset, for the Dom to approve. A Dom can send a reminder on one that's due, and can edit or deactivate it at any point.
