Kept is primarily a way to manage a dynamic. For forgetful people like me, I tend to forget when I am given tasks or punishments, or struggle to remember what some overall rules are, so I wanted something to assist.
That said, it is not restricted to just using it for yourself and your dynamic, although that is the main intention. There are social features including a social feed where you can post your thoughts and pictures, discover new people (and maybe find a new dynamic), or join a group of like-minded individuals.
